    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To provide service and support to Multinational clients across different segments ensuring that the customer’s service and admin requests are executed and processed effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining an agreed Service level on inbound calls, keeping the customer informed of the progress until the requests are resolved, this includes identifying process inefficiencies applying and motivating for change in process by escalating team leaders

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Read, understand, and analyse all query and admin requests.
    • Capture all the client’s profile amendments correctly the first time.
    • Capture all the clients profile deletions correctly the first time.
    • Capture all the clients’ s profile additions correctly the first time.
    • Log all queries processed on the CQM to according to processes and procedures. Include all relevant information for reference and escalation purposes
    • Process client queries according to the department’s quality standards and within Service Level Agreements and ensure that correct feedback is provided to the client.
    • Send confirmations to clients and cc the service advisor where applicable.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To provide end-to-end secretarial support to Executive(s) within the Corporate Financing Solutions team, by acting as the first point of contact, ensuring all administrative requirements are managed within the required timeframes and standards.
