    SEO Specialist

    As a SEO Specialist, one is responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility for our brands. The preferred candidate will also be responsible for conducting website analysis, SEO audits and keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing content to improve search engine rankings, managing SEO partner agencies, troubleshooting technical issues on-site, and delivering timely KPI reports. 
    The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the SEO and CPG landscape, the latest industry trends and search engine updates. The candidate must also be able to collaborate with brand teams to ensure SEO is both understood and successfully executed within the organisation. 
    Although the role is centred around organic search, one is also be required to assist in writing and reviewing paid search ads with the agency and digital manager.

    Ideal candidate must have:

    • At least 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a CPG or digital media agency environment.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and off-page optimisation.
    • Thorough understanding of internal and external link building strategies.
    • Experience with website analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or similar tools.
    • Strong writing and proofing skills to create and review SEO-friendly content for brand websites.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Must have a strong business or entrepreneurial acumen and be comfortable interacting with and presenting at an executive level.

    Key Account Manager: Wholesale Health & Hygiene

    Taking forward a dedicated category strategy for some of our biggest national customers, you’ll develop solutions that mean progress for their business and ours. You’ll manage negotiations, develop promotional strategies, and build relationships with buyers, field sales teams and category development managers. If you ever spot an opportunity make things better, you’ll take it. And by doing so, you’ll boost satisfaction as well as sales.

    …you've a background in consumer-packaged goods. There’s not much you don’t know about managing customer relationships and working with syndicated data. Equally, you know how to work with other functions to deliver sales and growth. And you’re ready to travel when required, which is vital because our products and ambitions stretch worldwide. 

    Responsibility and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years FMCG experience in Key Account Management
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree level
    • Responsible for achieving judicious objectives per customer – i.e.NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
    • Building long term partnership with the customer - Develop a sure advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners.
    • Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution 
    • Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Commercial Strategy and the Customer Trading Terms
    • Develop, negotiate, and implement CBPs and CDAs with the Key Account annually in line with Reckitt’s objectives.
    • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure account receivables are within the stipulated Credit terms.
