    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    You'll work in teams of typically 3 - 5 consultants to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, you will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.

    Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You'll also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client site.

    We encourage you to explore different content areas or geographies through a year-long rotation with one of our practices (e.g., corporate finance, social sector, healthcare, operations) or global offices; many do this after two years as a generalist business analyst.  You will likely intersect with many elements of our firm’s work including digital, implementation, and tech and analytics capabilities – either by collaborating on teams or working with colleagues from these group.

    Following your business analyst tenure, assuming good performance, you will move into a post-graduate school role.  Some business analysts will take advantage of the opportunity to get outside experience through a secondment (externship) with a private sector or social sector client with the firm’s support.  Others may choose to pursue graduate school with support from the firm.

    Business Analyst Intern

    WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

    You will join one of our offices around the world for 10 weeks, usually in the summer, to work in teams and directly with our clients. In addition to these locations, this job opportunity is also available in Ho Chi Minh City.
    In this role, you will help our clients in the private, public, and social sectors solve some their most pressing problems. You will also work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists to researchers to software and app designers.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    You’ll work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants, to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, you will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.

    Associate Design Director

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will work on a variety of projects that integrate digital designs into products, services and environments. 
    • In this role, you will be part of a blended cross-functional team and tackle all aspects of the design process, help to lead client engagements and guiding other members of their design team. Moving from insights to ideas, you will creatively solve complex problems, threading design and business thinking together to deliver inventive, durable and thoughtful, solutions from concept to launch. You will need to apply conceptual thinking to create desirable and feasible digital solutions across multiple platforms, smartly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities.
    • You'll utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, you'll apply user centered design methodologies to ensure your ideas are based on customer needs, and you'll prepare research and testing, produce personas, map customer journeys, develop service blueprints, for complex products and services.
    • Additionally, you will effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually, you'll use a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc.), you'll use your narration and storytelling skills to bring product ideas to life, and you'll construct quick interactive prototypes with initial, low fidelity visual designs that illustrate your UX/UI design that present a realistic feel of the intended experience.

    Global Communications Coordinator

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will be responsible for working closely with our publishing and communications team to drive internal and external communications plan, managing our communications editorial calendar, creating engaging email campaigns, supporting our social media efforts, managing our internal comms newsletters, and building out our global CRM database. 
    • The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and analytical problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
