    Strategy Manager

    To achieve this, you’ll be expected to:

    • Conduct research, analysis, and presentations to support M-KOPA’s long-term strategy
    • Drive M-KOPA’s quarterly business planning and prioritization process
    • Manage high-priority cross-functional strategic projects to achieve our overall business objectives

    Customer Care Manager

    To achieve this, you’ll be expected to:

    • Implementing Customer Care strategies- Drive the overall implementation of customer strategies by creating tactical plans and coordinating the delivery against the set plans
    • Managing Customer Care operations- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center with the aim of providing a seamless service to M-KOPA customers across multiple customer-facing teams
    • Multiple channel management- Manage multiple customer interaction channels: Voice (inbound and outbound) and non-voice (Online chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) within the expected Service Levels

    • Recruitment- Plan for, and recruit agents based on the call center staffing needs and as guided by the workforce forecasting requirements
    • Problem-solving- Be the point of contact for all escalated issues related to customers, people, systems, or processes that require above a supervisor level to resolve
    • Cost control- Managing the call Centre operations within cost-effective parameters and according to budget mandates
    • People management- Point of contact between HR Business partner and the customer care agents on people-related topics
    • Reporting and analysis- Providing reporting visibility on all key call center metrics both overall and at an individual agent level
    • BPO- Point of contact for all engagements with BPO partners including managing overall BPO performance and deliverables

    Experience

    • Over 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Previous experience working in a call center environment or BPO setup
    • Experience managing multiple customer interaction channels (voice and non-voice)
    • People leadership and management experience in a similar capacity

    Regional Sales Manager

    As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead M-KOPA's sales team and strategy. You will develop annual and quarterly sales planning, build a motivated operational and sales team, grow M-KOPA's sales channels, and be responsible for overall sales targets.

    You will;

    • Lead M-KOPA's strategic planning for sales operations and distribution including;

    Senior Manager - Market Development

    M-KOPA is seeking a dynamic individual to take a key position within the South African Team. The Senior Manager, Market Development will be responsible for key strategic, business development, analytical and cross-department projects that support the expansion of M-KOPA’s connected asset financing platform. He/she should excel at solving strategic business problems, leading business improvements, and supporting field operations. 
    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives that result in improved customer acquisition, retention, and credit performance.
    • Plan and lead the testing, piloting, and operational setup for product launches, at different levels of commercial maturity.
    • Support new channel development, including overseeing all end-to-end integrations, training, and service delivery required for launch.
    • Coordinate with departmental heads to drive business improvements.
    • Lead research and rapid analyses on M-KOPA’s products, competitors, customers, and operations.
    • Manage the in-country marketing department and drive campaigns aimed at improving consumer education, driving acquisitions, and increasing customer retention.
    • Manage relationships with key strategic partners. 

    Incumbent Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, finance, or operational roles, ideally with multi-market experience.
    • Bachelors’ degree 
    • Preference for candidates with advanced analytical and statistical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across geographies, cultures, functions and seniorities. Experience and a high capacity in managing multiple projects, operations, and people simultaneously while delivering high quality outputs.

    Retail and Logistics Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Field Operations & Retail. Responsible for providing excellent customer service across M-KOPA’s nationwide footprint of retail service centers and stocking depots.
    • Supply Chain: Work with the central supply chain and procurement teams to plan secure required stock. Oversee teams responsible for device management to ensure all products ready-for-sale. Coordinate with M-KOPA’s OEM device partners to drive performance of third-party phone servicing, and to set up the required reverse logistics.
    • Logistics. Lead a warehouse team to provide excellent support to the business such that stocks are received, processed, and dispatched into the sales channel within agreed SLAs. Coordinate all forecasting with the sales team and manage all stock deliveries across M-KOPA’s sales channels and direct field force.
    • Marketing. Liaise with the Director for Marketing and local marketing teams to ensure M-KOPA’s brand is well represented within the retail channel, and all required marketing tools and collateral dispatched to the sales team

    Administration Officer

    Responsibilities

    You Will Manage our Existing Debt Facilities and own the whole lifecycle

    • Managing debt funder relationships
    • Reporting covenants and other reporting requirements related to debt facilities

    Finance Associate

    Responsibilities

    • You will record all financial records and ensuring they are following company policies.
    • You will book bank payments following the M-KOPA approved chart of accounts by D+2 after the payments are affected.
    • Monthly general ledger reconciliation of prepayment, accruals, bank statements, and inventory.
    • End-month journal preparation and posting e.g., revenue, product cost, and payment fees.
    • You will maintain creditors ledger/ Accounts Payable reconciliation.
    • You will post and reconcile monthly revenue figures and accounts receivable balances.

    Experience and skills

    Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support senior management in translating financial information into commercial strategy.
    • Prepare and update the Group's long-term financial and strategic planning model.
    • Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
    • Lead annual group budget cycle, including setting a timetable, agreeing on deliverables, and monitoring the provision of budget information from departments.
