    KZA_LCS Field Sales

    Your tasks

    • Form an integral part of the Krones Southern Africa Sales Team, making sure that the sales targets are achieved.
    • Promote the sales of KRONES Products including: new machines, spare parts , rebuild/ exchange programs, retrofits, IT solutions, consumables(KIC), overhauls and SLA’s.
    • Secure order intake through strategically planned engagements that may require input from respective product champions in order to offer comprehensive product solutions to designated customers.
    • Grow the potential market for KRONES products by following up on leads for new customers and proactively finding new customers.
    • Create opportunities and maintain the CRM database system to ensure business continuity and accurate forecasting.
    • Liaise with clients regarding KRONES products enquiries, prepare quotations and obtain samples, provide solutions and determine pricing quotations of items specified.
    • Initiate received orders and build the client relationship by keeping them informed of the status of their orders and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Facilitate communication with the Krones internal departments and the customer, control all client concerns relating to KRONES products and accounts as well as closing out- of the orders by ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Be involved in special projects through assisting in the co-ordination of internal and external communications with the client
    • Travel frequently to specific client locations within the Southern Africa region and perform product presentations and attend monthly SSP meetings and relevant project meeting

    Your profile

    • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Sales or Marketing
    • National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering qualification
    • Minimum of 5 years’ technical experience in the Beverage Packaging industry preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years Technical Sales Experience
    • Must have the ability to negotiate contractual issues
    • Knowledge of the Krones portfolio (advantageous)
    • Must have MS Office + SAP application and CRM skills
    • Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally

    KZA_Procurement Supervisor

    Your tasks

    • Identify, analyse and implement cost savings, commercial opportunities for the business.
    • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
    • Developing the procurement strategy and setting clear team goals to achieve.
    • Develop best practice processes by evaluating, improving, implementing, and managing all purchasing initiatives promoting benefits of good procurement practice.
    • Collaborate with other Purchasing team leads in the MEA region to develop new WOW.
    • Interviews and negotiates with vendor representatives to establish new sources, products, and methods of purchasing, assisting with supply problems, specification variation and pricing issues ultimately ensuring spare part availability.
    • Implement and review contractual obligations ensuring supply adherence in conjunction with KAG & KSA Procurement Strategy & policies.
    • Daily operational management of the Purchasing Team; planning the distribution of work activities, handling escalations, offering solutions, and guiding the team to effectively support the business demands.
    • Network/develop good relations within the Krones organization and maximize beneficial supplier relationships.
    • Review specifications for materials, supplies, service, or equipment to be purchased as required in conjunction with KAG requirements.
    • Point of contact for escalation process of all supplier non-conformances and requirements.
    • Track Krones LCS Centre Africa spend implementing KPI’s, identify improvement areas.
    • Optimize Purchasing processes, inventory management, operational supplier management to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as supplier reliability.
    • Evaluate buying processes periodically to ensure most cost-effective methods adopted.
    • Keep track and negotiate optimal payment terms and Service Level Agreements for KSA.
    • Management of the BBBEE preferential procurement portfolio
    • Employee development - Support training needs and provide coaching.
    • Management and development of the team through talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing.
    • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
    • Oversee day-to-day operation, monitor team performance and report on KPI’s.
    • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
    • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
    • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
    • Suggest and organize team building activities.

    Your profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • CIPS qualification
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager - 5 years’ experience in Procurement, preferably 2 years’ managerial experience.
    • Experience in Packaging environment, engineering.
    • Decision making process - Anticipates and highlights potential issues.
    • Service Delivery - Develops standards of service delivery beyond those generally accepted.
    • Building collaborative relationships - Acknowledges their perspectives and ideas.
    • Leadership and Direction - Always cognizant of the purpose, vision, and strategy.
