    Personal Assistant to CEO

    Functions:

    • Manage the CEO's inbox and calendar and highlight important appointments, meetings and events that have to be attended to
    • Responsible for managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism, always exercising sound judgement in handling sensitive matters

    Recruitment Consultant

    Job Description

    The main function is to act as an intermediary between clients looking to recruit and candidates who are seeking a job. A recruitment consultant needs to maintain the client relationship and understand their needs, and ensure that they match it appropriately to a candidate profile.

    In doing so, the consultant needs to have an understanding of a wide variety of factors, from the clients industry, culture, plans, business and more. Then the match needs to be made to a particular candidate who matches these factors.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
    • Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs are understood and met
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
    • Candidate headhunting to target both active and passive external candidates, particularly hard-to-find talent and niche skills
    • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house system to identify and recruit the very best candidates
    • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Pre-screen and interview candidates though competency based questioning techniques
    • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and clients
    • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation- setting
    • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full recruitment lifecycle
    • Conducting business development to grow existing client base
    • Market and industry research and due-diligence

    Wealth Manager

    Functions:

    • Responsibilities include financial planning, investment management, providing finance advice and offering insurance solutions
    • The candidate will work closely with clients to develop personalized wealth strategies and ensure that their financial goals are met

    • Bachelors degree in Investment, Finance, or equivalent
    • Certifications such as a CFP, or a CFA (in progress, or completed)

    Functions:

    • Responsible for preparing daily unit reconciliations of investments
    • Prepare daily banking reconciliations and investigate any reconciling items
    • Responsible for preparing monthly manco reconciliations by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, as well as summarizing data and information
