    Automation Specialist

    What will you do?

    • Creating and updating automated scripts required to run automated regression testing process.
    • Debugging results and maintaining existing scripts and up-to-date test packs.
    • Identifying and analysing functional business changes in the system, analyse failed test results, raise defects and control versions of scripts.
    • Planning script changes and scheduling daily workload.

    Qualification And Experience

    • Degree or Diploma and the required Certification with 6 to 8 years related experience.

    SanlamConnect: Gauteng South (Meersig): Electronic Sales Consultant

    What will you do?

    The primary focus of the position is to work with Brokers being the interface between themselves and the SanlamConnect: Gauteng South region to reach business objectives in a dynamic, innovative and high-performance business. The Electronic Sales Consultants only service Brokers via non face-to-face mediums using phone, email and a web-based application. Thus an electronic based servicing model is utilized. In addition to driving sales, they also undertake all the sales support functions relating quotes, issuing of the new business and existing business queries.

    • Providing Brokers with support to grow their practice
    • Preparation and planning for Broker engagements

    Senior Fund Secretariat Administrator

    What will you do?

    The individual will be responsible for the fund secretariat services of the preservation funds and act as the monitoring person for umbrella funds.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the fund secretariat services which includes arranging for board meetings, finalising board packs, trustee action items and resolutions for smaller umbrella funds
    • Act as a liaison between administration of the fund and the Board and relevant stakeholders
    • Acts as a monitoring person for the relevant umbrella funds
    • Responsible for fund secretariat projects

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric with mathematics and/or a wealth management qualification
    • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Retirement Fund administration
    • Knowledge of retirement fund administration and dealing with professionals like Trustees and the FSCA.
