    Administration Assistant - La Lucia

    What will you do?

    • Papertrail – electronic filing
    • Infoslips – access to statements and contract notes
    • BDA – Account loadings/maintenance, HLDG screen updates
    • X-PLAN Wizard – CRM/creating groups model loadings
    • Evolution – CGT tax take on cost
    • Reception relief
    • General administrative assistance required by the team

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Experience within Private Wealth industry
    • High level of accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Qualification and experience

    • Tertiary and/or industry related qualification would be an advantage (with Finance/ Accounts)
    • Matric (essentially with Maths / Accounting an advantage)
    • Basic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment preferable
    • Experience within financial services industry is essential

    Knowledge and skills

    • Computer literacy – MS Office
    • Working knowledge of BDA an advantage
    • Working knowledge of XPLAN an advantage
    • Knowledge of a private client process and procedures
    • Knowledge of the back office functioning and advantage
    • Knowledge of FICA

    Business Development Consultant - Pretoria

    What will you do?

    • This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head: Business Development North with regional sales budgets, management information and operational projects.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Business Development Consultant:

    • Formulate, structure, co-ordinate, manage, control, audit, report on the regional operational budget and payments processes. 
    • Implement and manage compliance to company financial and budget policies
    • Review service provider contracts
    • Compile and report monthly on regional MIS | BI data 
    • Regional targets projections and reporting 
    • Management and reporting of projects 

    Qualifications and experience

    • B.Com financial management and/or legal qualification/s
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Financial and budget management (knowledge and application of financial management principles, functions, reporting, budget management, and payment processes and procedures) is advantageous
    • Project management experience 
    • Computer Skills (MS Excel advanced level) essential 
    • A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
