Key Outputs

• Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPI's (as per Balanced Scorecard, SLA's) while meeting departmental financial targets
• Ensure you work according to policies, principles and procedures of the parts department.
• Ensure compliance to vendor interface requirements by timeously executing tasks
• Building sustainable relationship with team members
• Ensures a no-fault audit report for his area of responsibility
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment which conform to contamination control standards; report incidents (Hazmat)

• Ensure company assets are only used for intended purposes, kept clean and report any defects
• Comply to transport loading schedules when loading vehicles
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Receive Shipments off the Truck
• Place New Shipment in Proper Place on Warehouse Floor
• Process And Fill Customer Orders
• Load to-be-shipped Products on the Truck
• Prepare Shipping Labels
