About the Role

Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Verification Lead, reporting to the Operations Director. As a proven result–driven person, the Verification Lead will be leading the Verification Team (Verification Officer and Verification Rider).

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive finance, fleet leasing management, or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies, and leading teams. The Verification Lead will be prepared to be fully accountable for ensuring that all drivers in cars are compliant and have been approved for verification.

In this role, you will dig deep into the entirety of the verification process. If you've got great analytical skills, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for compliance, this is the role for you!

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Verification Lead who will manage the verification process, tasks, and deliverables within our Operations team and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a business expert who also has deep knowledge in risk management, Microsoft excel, and data verification.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with the onboarding and verification team to ensure a seamless process.
• Developing and maintain structures, SOP, process flows, and relevant department decks
• Supervising and coordinating the Verification Team towards ensuring the effectiveness of team members
• Working on any project assigned to him/her by the line manager.
• Escalating and resolving issues affecting the team or team member’s performance.
• Maintaining the integrity of the verification process and result
• Optimizing departmental resources properly and efficiently.

What You will need for this position

• First degree in any discipline.
• 2-4 years experience working in a Data Verification and Risk related capacity.
• Excellent communication skills as this position require regular interactions and touchpoints with verification riders and verification officers.
• Attention to detail, excellent task management, and superior analytical thinking. 
• Excellent problem resolution skills to resolve customer complaints.
• Ability to skillfully handle difficult situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

KPIs that will be measured after you start

• The number of verified drivers in the drivers funnel.

Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our Director of Operations/Country Manager and closely working with our Onboarding Lead.
