Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle sales essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing. Effectively communicate this information to customers.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to finalising the sale. Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for each customer.
• Follow-Up: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and personalised service. Address any post-sale questions or concerns.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. Demonstrate a proactive approach to reaching and surpassing goals.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers.
