Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Sales, Computer Science, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field. 
• Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills. 
• Rigorously partner with peers with complimentary depth skills for learning, shadowing and best practice sharing
• Problem solving skills & critical thinking.
• You must be legally authorised to work in South Africa to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical security conversations with customers by helping land the value of threat protection, Security Incident and Event Management and other cloud security with a view of driving customer intent to adopt the respective security solutions.  
• Grow into Subject Matter Expert exert for technologies such as Microsoft 365 Defender (MDO, MDI, MDE, MDCA), Advanced Identity (AAD P2), Sentinel and  Cloud Native Application Protection technologies (particularly for but not limited to CSPM, Defender for Cloud)Drive proofs of concept by defining customer agreed success criteria infused with best practices and leveraging partners.
• Drive Architectural discussion and remediate blockers.
• Support training activities and provide support and guidance to the audience.
• Advocate customers’ needs by providing deal-based feedback on product gaps to help improve our products as well as Go-To-Market activities.
