Tech Officer: Quoting at BCX

Place orders, load product codes on MDM, quoting, Negotiating, IT Security Knowledge, Procurement Background

• Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
• Working with internal BCX processes to manage and to place orders
• Load and Maintain Security Products codes
• Manage and do Quote request From AE and Clients
• Engage with Vendors 
• Product Knowledge around IT Security products
• Maintain GP adherence 
• Work with Third Parties to ensure delivery of services
• Liaise with other BCX employees to ensure orders are placed
• Adhere to contracted or agreed reporting
• Adhere to internal administrative processes.

• Superior computer skills on MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong administration skills
• Skill to drive a problem to solution even beyond BU area of responsibility,
• SAP experience

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (NQF 4) with relevant IT Certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience

• Valid Drivers license
