    Team Leader

    Description

    • Operational Take responsibility of all tools issued to the team Supervise & Co ordinate the team
    • Liaise with supervisor regarding the work plan
    • Inspect the designated area of responsibility on a daily basis
    • Understand and keep track of client needs Ensure & Record time & Attendance
    • Ensure discipline
    • Ensure the team are issued and wear the correct PPE
    • Make sure team meets production targets 

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • 3 years minimum experience in the tailings facilities area
