Team Lead Administration & Analysis SC at Enaex Africa

Responsibilities:

• Support on Transport invoice queries with transporters
• Reporting of invoices to Account Payable on completed and obsolete items
• Coordination, planning and execution of Cross Border Orders
• Real Time EDI processing in line with customer demand
• Subordinate KPA and adherence to scheduled work discussion including PDP
• Work instructions, SOP's and job observations for employee tasks
• Employee Surveys
• End-to-End Final Product Monthly Inventory Reconciliations for All Enaex Africa Sites.  
• Timeous month end cut off reports issued to sites and sign offs recorded for auditing purposes
• Virtual Plant Final Product invoicing, reconciliation and financial reporting
• Master Data:  Maintaining of Transportation Permits on SAP and other relevant SC data for business efficacy
• Analyse transportation health check reports and propose appropriate action.
• Analyse Supply Chain actual transportation cost vs budget with monthly reporting on month to month and year to date performance
• Analysis of contract rate schedules accuracy vs data uploaded to SAP
• Monthly Final Product Slow moving stock analysis report to Management for FIFO turnover actions
• Final Product Stock report on Imported materials for replenishment
• Weekly reporting on outstanding incidents/customer complaints
• Identify Key risks ie same route costs overcharged by indentified 3PL's
• Support with annual Transportation budgets
• First line support on SAP Transport Module 
• First Line SAP Super User Support to end users and UAT testing
• Site back up support (absences) to ensure business continuity
• SLA Meetings with 3PL's
• SAP Projects
• Auditor requests
• Intercompany Account queries
• B-Degree a must
• Required entry Years of relevant experience: At least 5 years’ experience, preferably within a supply chain/ operations explosives environment
• Proven experience in explosives value chain and Supply Chain Outbound 
• SAP ERP System Power User - PTP, PTC and TM
