This position will support the Human Capital Executive to ensure effective execution of the Company’s Human Capital Strategy by leading, guiding and facilitating OD interventions. The successful candidate will achieve this mandate through planned development and enhancement of organisational tactical strategies, structures, systems, and processes for the improving of the Company’s overall effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalising Human Capital tactics related to the full talent or people management life cycle and Axiz employee value proposition. This includes amongst others, pro-actively considering the impact of existing people management tactics, policies and practices on employee engagement and organisational performance, to inform a successful talent management strategy.

This position will provide business partnering for a high-performance culture, specifically by facilitating OD interventions and support in the areas of:

• Talent Management.
• Change and Communication Management.
• Business Processes Improvement
