    What you will be doing:

    • Explore and Learn: Dive into the exciting world of Distribution and Warehousing processes.
    • Hands-On Experience: Get involved in Factory Inbound and Outbound Logistics.
    • Variety of Experience: Gain practical experience with Raws, Packaging, and Finished Product stores.
    • KPI Insights: Analyze key performance indicators like stock levels, forecast accuracy, and planning.
    • Reporting: Create insightful Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
    • Replenishment: Manage buying and replenishment activities.
    • System Proficiency: Learn and utilise SAP systems (MRP).
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the factory and head office. 

    What you will need to be considered:

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Technology in either of the following disciples: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Statistics or Quantitative Analysis
    • A Diploma of Procurement and Supply: Chartered Institute In Procurement and Supply (CIPS) would be highly advantageous
    • A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies 

    Additional Requirements:

    • Relevant Experience: Any vacation experience or part-time work is valued.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience Bonus: Vacation or part-time work experience is a plus
    • Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organisational levels.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and ask questions in a fast-paced factory environment, embrace different approaches and thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Mobile: Having a valid driver’s license and own vehicle would be highly advantageous.
    • Report Preparation & Presentation: Communicate your findings and recommendations.
    • Open-mindedness: Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
    • Problem-Solver: Hands-on approach to finding solutions
