    Supply Chain Controller

    The incumbent in the role is responsible for providing direct support to the Group Supply Chain Manager in managing the overall supply chain function by acting as the primary interface between internal customers, commodity owners, suppliers; and to be the liaison between Outsource Partner and Glencore Coal SA.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Identifying and optimising opportunities to improve communication between Supply Chain and the business.
    • Performing data analysis and converting data into reports.
    • Supporting and collaborating the outsource team with spend analysis, purchase request issues and purchase order exception resolutions.
    • Assisting with queries on RFQ’s, PO’s and Statement of Work.
    • Liaising with end users on the system constraints and identifying opportunities for system improvements and ensuring alignment with the Purchasing Policy.
    • Liaising with end users and Procure to Pay on purchasing and contract management issues.
    • Assisting with optimizing the ERP system.

    About you:

    To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification.

    Minimum Experience:

    • 2 Years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and data analysis.
    • Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP/COUPA/Power BI) experience.
    • Purchasing and Contract Law knowledge and experience will be advantageous.
