    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive incoming goods, verify against invoices or orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Signing in and out spares from the spares workshop (Allocate the spares to a call or breakdown).
    • Conduct regular cycle counts of locations to maintain spares accuracy.
    • Store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed to prevent damage or deterioration.
    • Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reordering supplies as needed.
    • Submit weekly spares stock levels and cycle count findings.
    • Submit re-order sheet based on min/max stock levels in store.
    • Signing in and out tools and equipment (maintain asset register of tools and conclude return of tools before COB).
    • Conduct power tools audit against the system and inspect for defects. Check for damage and repairs required.
    • Conduct equipment audit, check for damage and schedule repairs according to equipment inspection sheet.
    • Monitor stock movement and update inventory records using computerized systems or manual logs. Systematic update inventory records on ITSM system on daily basis.
    • Properly track spare parts stock out based on Machinery or Electrical Faults.
    • Report any defects within the system / suggest improvements of ITSM.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports of breakdowns by machine, sub-categories or Electrical.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • NQF level 4 (School grade 12/Matric) / Technical certificate N3 (3 - 6 months) / National vocational certificate Level 4.
    • At least 1 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics environment
    • Must be familiar with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
