    • You either have a background in recruitment or solid solution-based sales experience and are looking for an incredible team that will help take your career to heights you never imagined.     What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • This role will start as a 180 recruitment consultant, where you will have hands-on development and training on all things that make an exceptional recruiter. You will be working closely with one of our senior recruiters, within the commercial sector, which will expose you to a wide range of industries from FMCG to Engineering.
    • The goal of this role is for you to transition into a full 360 recruiter, which means you will need to be comfortable with targeted business development and working with clients.

    • Our adoption of the latest technology and training methodologies and a competitive commission structure reflects this commitment. Our consultants specialise in Engineering, Financial Markets, Commercial & Financial, and IT.
    • We embrace a hybrid work-from-home culture, however, you must be in the office for the first 6 months at least. You will be based in our Claremont office with our training manager who will focus on getting you up to speed with our processes, this ensures you have every opportunity to learn from those around you, whilst getting consistent feedback and opportunities for development.

    What you’ll need

    • You need to have experience of at least 3 years in the recruitment industry or 5 years of technical sales experience. A track record of achieving targets, as well as a learning mindset are non-negotiable. A valid driver’s license with reliable transport is a must.
