    Specialist: Commercial Liaison

    Core Description

    • The incumbent will be responsible to manage and oversee the optimal use and functionality of Salesforce CRM, in order to optimise the BCX Lead to Cash value chain. In addition, they will be required to oversee and direct optimal engagement between the Commercial teams, Sales teams, and Business Units in order to improve the selling function, as well as to communicate process improvements, and ad-hoc information to the Business Units and the Sales teams to improve productivity.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Contribute towards the development of the strategy to drive optimal relationships with clients, with the aim of supporting market dominance.
    • Ensure a customer and sales orientated mind-set is implemented and continually monitored.
    • Drive customer experience improvement.
    • Interact with Sales teams and communicate requirements back into Commercial environment
    • Inform and advise Sales teams of updates/status and amendments to processes/information etc
    • Manage and oversee the optimal implementation, performance, and functionality of Salesforce CRM
    • Manage and oversee the seamless integration of ordering and billing platforms (SAP4Hana etc) to Salesforce
    • Responsible and accountable for accurate monthly commission and performance management according to the prescribed Sales Policy
    • Manage and oversee all risk management, governance, and audit requirements (where sales processes and business relationship management are concerned)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Finance or Business Administration
    • OR NQF 4: Grade 12

    Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

    • NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Sales/Marketing

    Experience

    • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a Sales or Commercial environment. The experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector.

    OR

    • If Gr.12 a minimum of 7 years relevant experience within a Sales or Commercial environment. The experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector.

    Certifications

    • Salesforce Administration Certificate is advantageous
