    Specialist: Business Support

    Core Description

    The role is responsible for evaluating process and technology efficiency, for SDM, the effectiveness, quality and need to identify any area that need to be improved or changed, with the goal being to make a process efficient to retain customers and improve customer experience.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Analyse product specifications to develop process and Work instructions for SDM
    • Works cross functionally to lead, supervised and coordinate deliverables for efficient processes and related deliverables.   
    • Support Revenue Assurance initiatives to reduce revenue leakage / underbilling / over billing for ConCom: SDM  
    • Administrate ad-hoc special initiatives, reporting and presentations
    • Manage and coordinate change, coaching and training within SDM
    • Provide an overview of a process and document work instructions for SDM
    • Support training as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to SDM

    Qualifications

    NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Business or Information Technology

    OR NQF 4: Grade 12

    Experience

    • 3 years relevant experience in operations of which at least 2 years in a process and systems environment with proven ability demonstrating problem solving in complex ICT environments or a
    • Proven record of managing people in a project environment

    In addition, the following will be advantageous, ®ITIL framework, Foundation v3 / v4
