JOB DESCRIPTION

To monitor and measure process and system performance, engage and collaborate with stakeholders and leverage subject matter expertise across the Global Markets Trade Lifecycle Value Chain for Vanilla Products, acting as the bridge between the business and technology to achieve process and system integration, drive continuous improvement and optimization of service delivery within the regulatory framework whilst minimizing risk and maintaining a positive client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BCom Degree

Experience 

• 5-7 years demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships across an organization, leverage the knowledge of subject matter experts to resolve issues and enhance operations (eg IT, relevant Wholesale Bank and Group Functions) and operate effectively in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and understand risk (financial, reputational, regulatory, credit and documentary risks) and how to mitigate risk in the BPM (Business Process Management) arena.
• 5-7 years Global Markets /Treasury front and/or Back-office work experience and seasoned knowledge of financial market products and the platforms on which they run. 
• Seasoned experience in the tactical application of robotics and automation opportunities to optimize straight-through-processing.
• Experience in the use of financial and statistical tools and models to provide the basis for accurate measures and support informed decision-making.
