    Social PERF Risk and Impact Specialist

    Job Description:
    As Social Performance Risk and Impact Specialist, you will be responsible to support the Social Performance team with developing mitigation measures for incidents and conducting risk assessments.

    Your additional responsibilities will include:

    • Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that may have negative impacts to the company-Amandelbult complex.
    • Build risk awareness amongst Social Performance team by providing support and training with the company (SHIRA).( Social and Human rights Impacts and Risk Analysis)
    • Create a systematic, structured policy to ensure audits are done timeously, collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.
    • Analytical skills of the market recommended.
    • Knowledge of ORM processes is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge and application of DMRE compliance

    This role is based at Amandelbult Complex, at a Band 6 level reporting to the Senior Manager – Social Performance and Development

    Qualifications:
    You will need the following: 

    • Degree in Finance, Auditing/ Risk management or equivalent
    • Post graduate qualification will be advantageous
    • Project Management qualifications advantageous
    • Audit and risk analysis experience

    Knowledge, Skills experience required:

    • At least 5 years risk assessment, compliance and governance control experience
    • Experience in  social impact assessments
    • Experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement sessions
    • Experience in resolving complex problems and situations in your capacity as a project leader
