Shift Operator at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• Hire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled Refrigeration Shift Operator for a FMCG company. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You will perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make adjustments as necessary. Additionally, you will monitor temperature, pressure, and other indicators to ensure that refrigeration systems are operating within specified parameters.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Operator or similar role
• Relevant certification or license in refrigeration
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
