Settlement Clerk at Fidelity Services Group

Experience and skills required: 

• Grade 12 (Preferable with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects)
• Computer Savvy
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• MS office – MS Word/Excel/Outlook - Experienced
• Experience in the Cash Industry will be an advantage
   

Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)

• Capture of manual EDS payments
• Ensure all EDS payment signals are paid on a daily basis
• Ensure correct clients are credited with the correct  amounts
• Checking and processing of all payments throughout the day
• Adhering to strict daily payment deadlines
• Client telephone and e-mail queries
• Liaise with cash centres and recon department
• Recoveries of Incorrect payments
• Manual Payment preparation and releasing
• Fulfil Settlements function on alternative weekends
