    Senior Sales Executive - Cape Town

    Monthly Cost To Company (Pension, medical aid &13th Cheque, sars rates km's travelled, cellphone allowance)

    Our client is seeking an experienced external sales executive to join their team. The position will mainly be remote (seeing clients) but will require one day a week at the office, either in the Northern or Southern suburbs.

    The Role:

    As a Senior Sales Executive, your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. To find new business, to establish relationships that are to be nurtured in order to grow the business. To ensure that a courteous and efficient service is provided to stakeholders.

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
    • Maintain relationships with key industry players.
    • Acquiring new business.
    • Developing existing business from existing accounts through strategic sales initiatives.
    • Set up meetings with potential and existing clients
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, including a weekly sales calls record.

    Requirements:

    • Previous external sales experience (on the road) - not negotiable
    • Matric certificate
    • Own a reliable & neat vehicle (not shared with a partner)
    • Drivers License
    • High level of MS Office proficiency
    • Ability to apply basic sales techniques (Hunt, qualify, evaluate, propose, negotiate, review, grow, maintain)
    • Ad hoc out-of-town business trips within SA
    • One week onboarding in JHB
