    Senior Product Marketing Manager / Responsable Marketing Produit (H/F)

    Job Description Summary

    Leads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

    Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Develops a regional portfolio strategy including product positioning, market segmentation/targeting, and installed base retention. Generating growth for products in a given region through demand creation and funnel acceleration.
    • Develop specialized knowledge of the latest business developments in their field and communication skills to influence colleagues. Contributes to the development of strategies and policies, and ensures implementation within his/her area of responsibility.
    • Has a thorough knowledge of best practices and how their own field fits in with others. Has a working knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
    • Uses good judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes a fresh perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise in data analytics to support recommendations. Uses limited internal and external resources outside of their own function to help them make a decision.
    • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can manage small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information. Strives to build consensus. Develops the persuasive skills necessary to influence others on topics within his/her field.

    Competences

    • Master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general diploma with at least 6 years of experience in the position).
    • In-depth technical and clinical knowledge required in the field of interventional cardiology
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
    • Ability to document, plan, launch and execute programs. Established project management skills.
    • Fluent in English
