Senior Designer - CPT at Accenture

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Collaborate with a copywriter to come up with concept or visual identity. Understand client deal and relevant industry
• Engage with deal teams, ECD and internal stakeholders to deliver concept and campaign. Suggest creative solutions and innovative tech-forward media to elevate project
• Present/review/brainstorm solutions with other creatives, account leaders and clients
• Design for creative from layouts to presentation, concept and final rollout, for all elements
• Aim to win awards through excellent design and innovative thinking. Present work every three months to Accenture Song global CCOs
• Suggest and execute creative visual identity and ideas for briefs 
• Quick to create high-quality design, comps, storyboards, and presentations
• Creative strategies to support work
• Focus on details and prepare flawless deliverables for handover
• Adhere to quick turnaround times are quick
• Keep abreast of advertising trends in accordance with industry best practice

Qualifications/Experience/Skill:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Designer or Art Direction
• Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. MS Teams/SharePoint/Outlook etc.)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a designer in an Advertising Agency, B2B Agency, or corporate studio
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma
• Basic experience in genAI
• TTL & BTL experience is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skill
• Strong time management skill
