Requirements

• Grade 12
• 1-2 yr working experience in receiving of Fibre
• Previous experience in Supervisor role will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the Talman system and RFID are a prerequisite
• Be able to operate heavy machinery
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and Accuracy
• Excellent customer service  
• Be prepared to work long hours during peak season
• Excellent communication skills

• 100% correct weighing of fibre. Responsible for the calibration of scales.
• Talman system - Capturing /Correction/ Splitting of bales
• Queries – Timely solving of any queries relating to receiving/ Objective Measurement.
• Completion of clip on catalogue weekly
• Handling of all labour related issues – Discipline, Performance management, training etc.
• Ensure the effective flow of fibre through the department.
• Maintaining quality control related to ISO
