Minimum Requirements

• B Degree/B Tech in Built Environment/ Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits

Professional Registration Body: Not applicable

• 5 years’ Experience in Monitoring and assurance/reporting/project management/ construction management in the built environment

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assure portfolio control and status.
• Compile monitoring and assurance divisional reports and provide inputs into consolidated portfolio reports.
•  Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders by Leading and participating in work groups, planning interventions and problem-solving sessions.
•  Conducting issue explorations and providing recommendations to mitigate risks based on lessons learnt from other projects in the portfolio.
