Qualification(s):

     LLB or B Proc at NQF 8 with 480 Credits

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general legal advice.
• Drafting, amending, negotiating various contracts for acquisition and management of land rights, support in the development of supporting policies and procedures, such as occupant relocation, providing standard templates and guidance on the use thereof, and advising on property managerial aspects such as leasing and removal of illegal occupants
• Managing general dispute resolution and providing general negotiation assistance.
• Advising on the implementation of legislation and case law.
• Managing external attorneys.
