    Senior Account Manager

    Job Description

    What you will be doing:

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts throughout the Sub-Saharan African Region.
    • Develop relationships with C-level and HR management, keeping abreast of business and talent needs.
    • Drive the sale through to conclusion by navigating roadblocks.
    • Identify leads to generate new business opportunities across the region.
    • Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales activity and report accordingly.

    What we are looking for from you:
    Essential:

    • Demonstrable solution sales experience, ideally from an HR Tech or SaaS background.
    • Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment preferably selling SaaS solutions.
    • Able to travel across Sub Saharan Africa circa twice/quarter.

    Desirable:

    • Experience selling to HR and/or C Level
    • HR qualification or business-related discipline
    • Experience of selling in the Sub Saharan African Region
