Job Advert Summary

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Mechanic: Semi-Skilled individuals to join our team in Richards Bay. The successful incumbents must be able to work well under pressure as well as independently on jobs. They will be required to perform complex repairs, use fault-finding and mechanical equipment. Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4  
• 3 years experience
• Adhere to safe working procedures
• Must be punctual
• Must have a drivers licence (code 14 will be an advantage)
• Must be able to speak & write English 
• Must be a team player 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and services on trucks including tyre repairs
• Attend to breakdowns
• Implement the fleet maintenance programme
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Must be able to work on his/her own without supervision
• Must have basic knowledge of air brakes, pneumatics, basic hydraulics
• Must be able to do fault finding
