Section Head - Mahikeng Abattoir at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• 3 to 4 years relevant processing experience
• Qualified poultry meat inspector (PMI)
• Qualified poultry meat examiner (PME)
• Any supervisory/management course will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable to co-ordinate all processing in designated working area
• Manage total quality system
• Ensure strict adherence to stock control
• Ensure that regular inspections of assets are carried out
• Management of operational budget
• Ensure proper communication between sections & departments
• Guide and train staff in production and supervision on task-by-task basis, as a daily practice
