    Scheduler - Sasolburg

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 / Matric 

    Experience

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of farm access roads in the broader Sasolburg and North West Area will be an advantage
    • Experience of Transport Operations will be an advantage
    • Experience with AX and Sizanani will be an advantage

    Duties

    • Scheduling of all finished products including liquid fertilizer, NH3, speciality products 
    • Receiving of all raw materials
    • Communicate with clients and marketing to format scheduling plan
    • Communicate the scheduling plan to production daily for production purposes
    • Contract Management for all liquid transport contractors
    • Managing and organizing of all transportation and logistics for deliveries of various products
    • Scheduling,  and archiving of all related documentation
    • Manage IMS system for scheduling (SHEQ) including driver work instruction training
    • Handling, reporting, capturing and resolution of customer complaints
    • Ensure all stationery and consumables are available
