SAP AMS Architect at NTT Ltd.

Key Responsibilities: 

Architectural Design: 

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of SAP Application Management Services, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. 
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions. 

System Optimization: 

• Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement within the AMS framework. 
• Propose and implement architectural enhancements to enhance system stability, reliability, and performance. 

Incident and Problem Management: 

• Oversee the resolution of complex incidents and problems, providing architectural guidance to the AMS team. 
• Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues and enhance overall system resilience. 

Change Management: 

• Provide architectural oversight for SAP changes and enhancements, ensuring that changes are aligned with the overall architecture and strategy. 
• Collaborate with change management teams to assess and prioritize requested changes. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and AMS teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in meetings and discussions related to SAP AMS. 

Documentation and Training: 

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP AMS architecture, configurations, and best practices. 
• Conduct training sessions for AMS teams to ensure a clear understanding of architectural guidelines and standards. 

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or Computer Science qualification, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an AMS or Service Architect or in a similar architectural role. 
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP Application Management Services. 
• Strong understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management processes. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
