Minimum qualification: 

• Undergraduate qualification in marketing or commerce.

Experience: 

• Minimum of at least four years’ administrative experience
• Experience in the higher education industry will be advantageous
• Well-developed administrative skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate national 3rd party sales events
• Tracking of data purchases
• Selecting the right tools to communicate
• Systems superuser on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Brand and change ambassador
• Train the trainer
• User support
• Custodian of sales collateral / documents (digital)
• Prepare and update sales templates
• Safeguarding
• Process national travel requests
• Perform specialised as hoc data audits (on sales systems) and compile reports
• National coordinator (process implementation support) of assigned controller of school lead cards
• Manual process administration and interventions (workarounds) (e.g. Payfast allocations)

Functional and technical competencies: 

• Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft suite)
