    Sales Rep Western Cape (HORECA)

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nespresso HORECA Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the strategic segment and evolving the business with existing customers in the assigned geographical territory. Your primary objective will be to deliver agreed objectives and targets.

    A day in the life of a HORECA Sales Representative

    • Align with the sales field plan and identify sales opportunities within the designated territory.
    • Identify and contact prospects using various methods and tools such as cold calling, visits, social media, and events.
    • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Office guidelines and utilizing the CRM system to manage leads.
    • Collaborate with the B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities.
    • Increase business with existing customers and maximize penetration rate by utilizing the CRM system to grow and maintain relationships.
    • Provide market intelligence to the sales team and collaborate with the B2B Sales Support and CRC teams for effective customer lifecycle management.
    • Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance with the sales process and Nestlé and Nespresso business principles and policies, including trade policies, sales policies, trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.

    Experience:

    • 3 years experience in sales and new business development with a proven track record in HORECA.

    • Energized by tough challenges and a team player.
    • Experienced in computer skills (MS-Office applications)
    • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Enthusiastic, persevering, and self-motivated to achieve challenging sales targets.
