Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Direct Store Supervisor located in Johannesburg.

The Retail Direct Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing store policies and procedures.

The Retail Direct Store Supervisor will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Experience in the retail industry
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ Years experience as a store supervisor or assistant supervisor
• Familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft Office. (Sage Evolution experience beneficial).
• Internet and email proficiency
