    Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Development & Nutritional Expertise:

    • Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to help formulate and refine new products that address specific dietary requirements.
    • Provide expert nutritional guidance to ensure all products meet targeted health benefits, including ingredient selection and portion sizing.
    • Review and analyze emerging research to inform product formulations and ensure they are evidence-based.
    • Contribute to the development of nutrition-related claims and labeling, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

    Clinical Support:

    • Offer insights on clinical nutrition and the management of specific health conditions, ensuring products are developed to support targeted nutritional goals.
    • Assist in the preparation of materials that communicate the nutritional value of products to consumers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
    • Support clinical trials or studies related to product efficacy as needed.

    Compliance & Regulatory Guidance:

    • Ensure all products comply with relevant food and supplement regulations.
    • Participate in the preparation of regulatory documentation and ensure all nutrition claims are scientifically substantiated.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with marketing, sales, and education teams to simplify complex nutritional information for various audiences, from consumers to health professionals.
    • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on nutrition, representing the company at events, webinars, and other professional forums.

    Continuous Learning & Development:

    • Stay informed on the latest trends and research in nutrition, food science, and related fields.
    • Train internal teams on evolving nutritional standards and product-related health benefits.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
    • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification is required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a dietitian, preferably with experience in product development, clinical nutrition, or nutritional research.
    • Prior experience working in food, beverage, or supplement industries is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and dietary requirements for managing various health conditions.
    • Ability to analyze scientific research and apply it to product formulations.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex nutritional information into clear, actionable insights.
    • Experience with food labelling regulations and nutrition analysis software is preferred.
