    Recruitment Specialist - Senior/Experienced

    • We are looking for a Recruiter Extraordinaire! A perm specialist with a full 360 degree recruitment capability and a personality to match!
    • Matric
    • Degree or Diploma optional
    • 5 + years within recruitment with a focus on PERM recruitment in an AGENCY environment
    • Portfolio of evidence in making placements
    • A good head for and knowledge of business
    • A client network from which to build your own client base
    • Excellent client communication skills
    • Full 360 Degree recruitment skills ie ability to run your own desk from start to finish
    • Solid New Business Development knowledge and capability
    • Placement Partner or at least familiar with a Recruitment tool
