Skills & Behaviours
No formal qualifications are required however a Matric is preferable

Expectations of the role
You will need to be a confident communicator with the capacity to develop relationships,
In this role as a recruiter you will have responsibility for looking after a selected group of clients (your portfolio) and you will be required to build and maintain relationships with these clients.
You will ensure you keep in regular contact with existing, potential and new clients to ensure you keep abreast of their needs and requirements.
You will need to take a proactive approach to sales, including ensuring you are growing and building your database by continually searching for new clients.
You will need to establish strong strategic relationships with clients as well as our candidates.
You will be required to source candidates and fill the shifts that your clients have given to you
Your focus will be on getting the right candidate into a role with the most suitable work background and qualifications.You will achieve this by utilising your networking and relationship building skills with candidates to ensure you instantly know the type of candidates you have access to and the type or roles they are best suited to.
You will need to be a customer driven person who will at all times go the extra mile to deliver an extra special service.
You will work as part of a team and whilst responsibility for your own destiny will sit directly with you, it is important that you are a team player and that you work for the good of the business.
It is critical that you assist colleagues where necessary to fill shifts to ensure that the business benefits and that a can do approach is instilled amongst the whole team
