Job Description    

• To take full responsibility of performing the receptionist role and switchboard facility for the firm. Supports operation’s vision, mission and strategy and acts as the face of the organisation and looking after the front of office while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Management of switchboard (answering & screening; message taking)
• Perform reception role for clients and visitors
• Maintaining booking schedules 
• Messages to relevant staff
• Foster professional client relationships with internal and external clients
• Submission of annual returns at CIPC
• Liaising with clients to ensure annual returns are submitted and paid timeously

Minimum Requirements    

• 2-3 years’ experience in a receptionist/switchboard environment
• Grade 12
