    Quality Intern x2 - Wadeville Beverages Plant

    Responsibilities

    • Sampled raw materials, packaging and finished products
    • Verified and maintained laboratory equipment
    • Prepared laboratory standards and reagents
    • Tested routine raw materials, packaging and finished products
    • Released product batches post blending process
    • Performed online QA/QC checks
    • Conducted packaging integrity checks
    • Raised non-conformance and actioned results out of specification
    • Analysed and computed data and recorded information
    • Applied laboratory hygiene and safety procedures
    • Participated in proficiency testing

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12
    • National Diploma Food Technology/Biotechnology
    • 1.5 - 2 years relevant experience
