    Responsibilities

    Key skills required

    • Prepared and maintained laboratory ingredients and equipment
    • Sampled raw materials, packaging & finished products
    • Tested routine raw materials, packaging & finished products
    • Analysed & computed data & recorded information
    • Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures

    Qualifications

    Qualification required

    • National Diploma Biotechnology, Food Technology and/ Food Science
    • B-Tech Certificate in Quality advantageous
    • 2-3 years production quality experience
    • FMCG experience
