Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of thermometers/infrared

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of hygiene throughout the processing plant.
• Comply with the quality control program.
• Report deviations from the standards operating procedure (SOPs).
• Follow up on corrective actions.
• Carry out duties as prescribed in duty sheet.
• Recording of relevant start – up standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Responsible for conducting product presentations at IQF.
• Responsible for temperature monitor at IQF
• Monitor product variance.
• Report workers not adhering to the required standard.
• Ensure effective communication within section.
