Project Manager (Technical) at Tsebo Solution

Responsible for planning, successful execution and completion for a range of projects by fostering and nurturing working relationships and managing all aspects of customers’ requirements. Accountable for mandated critical/high value projects to ensure successful execution and completion by defining and developing a framework to plan and manage projects and resources with utmost efficiencies to support the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

Skills required:

•  8-10 years of Project Management exposure (ideally in FM,or real estate industry)        
• Experience in high level public relations at management or stakeholder management in project management and/or customer relationship management.
• Working with multiple stakeholders.
• Budget Management.
• Computer literacy relating to job execution.
• Performance Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows platform and the entire Office pro Suite; to include                      Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

• Leadership and management.
• Legal Liability.
• Construction Regulations.
• SANS 10400 and 10400 XA working knowledge.

• Qualifications:
• Qualification in Project Management PMP ®, or equivalent
