Key Responsibilities

•  Support the provision of outage management standard services throughout outage PCM.
•  Support in developing and manage contracts throughout outage management process.
•  Co-ordinate and report on outage activities to ensure effective site contract and cost management is achieved.
•  Support outage management in coordinating planning activities in support for developing outage integrated schedule.
•  Coordinate and manage outage material plan.
•  Facilitate and co-ordinate commissioning activities for outages.
•  Provide integration outage management support to site personnel, engineering and other support services.
•  Provide support to outage manager to manage the outage cost.
•  Comply to all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment a risk, and quality (SHERQ) requirements.
•  Coordinate the submission and audit of contractor safety files.
