Production Controller at Hirt & Carter

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Ensure all deadlines are met timeously
• Maintaining standards and quality of work produced within RMS
• Supply technical information & client requirements to Internal Retail team
• Effectively communicate the production status to all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure Job complies with Hirt & Carter/ Copperfield Studios and ISO standards of pre-flight and proofing for the intended output
• Ensure all time spent on jobs are recorded within RMS and that final approved artwork is uploaded in the guardbook via RMS

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 4 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong project management skills are required
• Knowledge of Retail Marketing, Retail Client Service, Basic Print, Repro and DTP highly beneficial
• RMS experience will be beneficial
• Intermediate computer skills
